Hi! My name is Tucker. Every item in this online shop has been designed and handmade by me on my farm in Southwest Missouri. I run this handcrafted business myself with the occasional bits of help from my wife, Jessica. I put the utmost care and passion into every item I make. The Materials

Here at Tumbling T Leather we use real top grain leathers, not the fake 'genuine' leather you find at the local super market. We use a mix of vegetable and chromium tanned hides sourced from reputable dealers. We take time to select each hide we use based on its character and grain structure. You can be sure you are getting a top quality product.

Quality:
All of my products are made with real quality leather. Depending on the project and customer preferences, different tanages and species may be used. Not all products will look the same, no two hides are the same. Additionally, leather will age and wear differently than that of store bought leather, each piece will take on it’s own identity. Enjoy these natural characteristics and let them showcase the craftsmanship of the piece.Ordering:
Many Tumbling T Leather products are made to order, meaning nothing is put together until you have ordered that item. Each item is made by me with help from my wife. Orders are handled in the order they are received, meaning deposits put down if applicable. Production time will be estimated for you at the time of order, but it is not a set date. These times can vary based on orders ahead of you and unexpected life events.Usually, a deposit of 50% of the order total is required to start production.Shipping:
Shipping costs are not included in the project price. We ship our projects 1-3 days after the product has been made, excluding major holidays, through USPS Priority Mail. Any other mail service needs to be requested at time of order.The buyer is responsible for having a secure location to receive shipment. I cannot be held liable for lost or damaged items after I have turned that item over to USPS. I will however do my best to assist with any incidents that may arise and through priority service provide package insurance.Returns:
Ready to ship items – These items are made before the customer ever orders and have no personalization/customization. The customer has 14 days after receipt of the order to send it back to us in the original packaging and unused to receive a full refund. Other refunds will be handled on a case basis. To see about refunding an order please contact me at [email protected], it is helpful to include pictures of the fault or defect.Customized items – Custom or personalized items are not eligible for a full refund unless determined to have been a flaw or defect in the construction of the item. Any refunds or exchanges on these items will be handled on a case-by-case basis. I cannot begin to express our gratitude that you chose to support Tumbling T Leather and purchase your item from us. We value all of our customers and strive to make the best products to our abilities. Because of this, I provide a 1-year warranty on all of my leather items. This warranty extends to both materials and craftsmanship under normal use and maintenance.Warranty means I will either repair or replace any item found to be defective. Whether the product can be repaired or calls for replacement is my discretion. This guarantee is only offered to the original purchaser of the item.
